Sony Ericsson / NTT DoCoMo FOMA SO905iCS Cyber-shot Phone

This is the NTT DoCoMo’s SO905iCS that is made by sonny ericson and features a Cyber-shot camera. The SO905iCS features a 2.7-inch 16 million color LCD display with 480×864 resolution, a 5 Megapixel CMOS camera, InfraRed support and a microSD card slot.

The 5 Megapixel sensor allows the SO905iCS to record 640×480 MP4 videos at 30fps. The phone supports NTT DoCoMo’s FOMA 3G network. It measures 113mm x 50mm x 24mm and weighs only 145g.
